CSV has implemented following projects with the financial assistance of Government and Non Government Organizations.
- “Life Skill Development through WASH intervention in schools: a pilot project in Chandrapur” sponsored by UNICEF, Mumbai
Based on the number of students, CSV constructed appropriate number of toilets, urinals, hand wash facilities, dining facilities for mid-day meals, area form clean utensils and pavements. CSV installed appropriate number of water filters in each school.
The program was implemented 10 Zilha Parishad Schools of 10 blocks of Chandrapur namely Dhanapur (Block Gondpipari); Padasgaon (Block Ballarpur); Virur Station (Block Rajura); Kannamwar Nagar Rajoli (Block Mul); Bhatari (Block Pombhurna); Kordha (Block Nagbhid); Kumbhejhari (Block Jiwati); Mangli (Block Bhadrawati); Bamni (Block Chimur) and Dadapur (Block varora)
- “Development of a Mix Microbial Consortium for Treatment of Vegetative Biomass for use in Biogas Digester sponsored by Department of Science and Technology (DST), New Delhi (No. SC/SCP/088/94 dated 10th September 1994)
- “Development of Low Cost and Efficient Design of Bio Gas Plant Wing Anaerobic Techniques” Sponsored by DST (SC/SCP/074/94 Dated 23rd March 1993)
- “Rural Business Hub on Eco Friendly Villages” sponsored by “Ministry of Panchayat Raj”, Government of India. (No. 1206 dated 28th March 2011)
- “Eco Tech Village Project”. 102 cost effective mud houses sanctioned to CSV under Indian Constitution sub para No. 275(1) (wide sanction letter number: Kra Ni Yo-2009/Bha Sa Aa 275(1)/Pra Kra/Ka(4)Ba/2027/2009.
- In this project CSV constructed 102 cost effective mud houses (total floor area of one house is 312 square feet) for tribal population. (Shashan Nirnay Kramank Kendriya -2005/ Pra Kra/Ka/96 dated 13th July 1998).
- In addition to three rooms, CSV has constructed individual leach pit toilets (which are low on water and high on hygiene and popularly known as Wardha Model), individual bathrooms, soak pits, roof top rainwater harvesting structures and kitchen garden.
- CSV made eco-friendly roads in the model village. The eco-village wasequipped with solar street lights and a power generator which runs on methane generated by the cattle dung (Animal Waste) using a batch type biogas digester.
- CSV has implemented all the parameters of Total Sanitatione. solid and liquid waste management. It involves disposal of human excreta, animal dung, agro waste, gray water, spill water, rain water. The village is Open Defecation Free (ODF).
- Waste Paper Recycling sponsored by S. Swaminathan Research Foundation (MSSRF), Chennai, Tamil Nadu in the subject of (Letter from the institute – MSSRF, Chennai, dated 24th April 2000
- Para – professional Training program sponsored by Communication and Capacity Development Unit, (CCDU), Ministry of Water Supply and sanitation, Government of Maharashtra and UNICEF, Mumbai. In this program CSV trained 264 paraprofessionals (8 professionals from all 33 districts of Maharashtra). (No./CCDU/TSC/ /2005-2006 dated 20th September 2005)
- Construction of 100 low cost Latrines houses under RLEGP sponsored byCouncil for Advancement of Peoples Action and Rural Technology, (CAPART), an autonomous body of Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India, New Delhi, (sanctioned Letter No. -613-25/87-RLEGP/CAPART dated 19th May 1988).
- Construction of 303 low cost latrines with super structuressponsored by “Council for Advancement of Peoples Action and Rural Technology”, (CAPART), an autonomous body of Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India, New Delhi (sanction Letter No. -714-03/90-CRSP-RW-CAPART dated 11-05-1992)
- Construction of WASH facility in Nanded District (sanction Letter No. Ma.Pra.shi.P./Ji.Shan.Na./Bandhkam/96-97 dated 12-12-1996)
- Training of Women Mason sponsored by Block Development Officer (BDO) Panchayat Samiti, Roha Dist. Raigarh (sanctioned Letter No. Pa.S.Ro/Pa./Washi/1452-53/ dated 02-03-1998)
- Training on making of Vermi compost for 10 beneficiaries sponsored by “Deputy Conservator of Forest”, Akola Forest (Wild Life) Division, Akola (sanctioned Letter No. Uvasa./Yo./3420/2005-06/ dated 10-03-2006)
- Regional Biogas & Development and Training Centre (RBTDC) sponsored by Ministry of Non-conventional Energy Sources (MNES), Govt. of India, CSV conducted extension program in 11 districts of Vidarbha region during 1990 to 1997.
- Technology Resource Centre (TRC), of CAPART, New Delhi CSV conducted 185 biogas masons training camps and trained 3200 masons in biogas plant construction and maintenance. Trained a total of 32000 users mostly women in repair and maintenance of biogas plants by organizing 500 users training camps.
- Installed more than 15000 biogas plants ( 1990 -1997).
- Trained nearly 545 personnel from VOs and Govt. sector and entrepreneurs from 12 states of India through 66 training programs.
- Training women participants on sanitation in 33 villages of 33 districts of Maharashtra which received First Prize in “Sant Gadge Baba Gram Swachhawata Abhiyan”. Project sponsored by UNICEF Mumbai, in the coordination of Water supply & Sanitation Dept. Govt. of Maharashtra.
- One month training program for 25 women trainees participants of South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) countries in the subject of recycling of paper & boards and its conversion
- Constructed a Sanitation Park at Jalgaon for CEO, Z.P. Jalgaon ( 2003-2004)
- Constructed a Sanitation Park in Shimla, Mandi and Dharamshala districts of Himachal Pradesh sponsored by District Sanitation Mission (DRDA) (2007-08)
- Rapid Assessment of Awareness & Motivation Program in selected villages of Nandurbar, Hingoli, Washim, Yeotmal, Nagpur & Sindhudurg district of Maharashtra states” project sponsored by CCDU Govt. of Maharashtra and UNICEF Mumbai.
- Upgrading the facilities of 2000 public toilets / urinals in slums of Nagpur Municipal Corporation namely, Minimata Nagar, Bandhewadi, Bhimsen Khori, Hazari Pahad, and Dipty Signal (Sanctioned Letter No. – HO/1484/Misc. dated 26-11-2008). (Ref. – Order passed by Hon. Bombay High court at bench Nagpur in writ petition No. 5352/06 dated 12-11-2008)
- School toilets in 21 schools run by Delhi Municipal Corporation (2010-2011). project sponsored by a Corporate House.
- Sanitation structures in Pench Tiger Project, Maharashtra, Nagpur (Sillari, Kolitmara, Kirangisarra, and Ambakhori) sponsored under Eco-Tourism Plan (Sanctioned Letter No. – Tech Desk-5 CF/WL/2325 Nagpur dated 05-01-2006).
- Master mason training program at Wagholi block Goregaon of Gondia district under Total Sanitation Campaign Project sponsored by DRDA Gondia( 2005-06).
